•Senior Project Manager for signage for 24 Hour Fitness, Rent A Wheel, IKEA and various other national big box accounts.
•Issued purchase orders, hiring subcontractors, maintaining service spreadsheet, working within customer budgets, ordering product, and invoicing.
•Extensive code check review. Submitting applications for sign and electrical permits
•Accurately read civil site plans and building elevations for the purpose of installing signs properly. Provided the best visibility for our customer’s signage needs while maintaining strict code and landlord guidelines.
•Worked directly with customers, site due diligence coordinators (SDC), architects, general contractors, and job superintendents.
•Calculate percentages, mark-up and overall job reconciliation for all completed sites.
•Maintain customer and company spreadsheets and websites – sales projections, store listings and specific account inventory.
•Review and examine legal documents for customers. For example: Landlord lease agreements regarding signage in shopping centers and multi-tenant complexes.
•Prepare invoices and collect documents needed such as: completion photos, conditional lien waiver, completion letter, and signed contract.
•Submit raw data to engineering, manufacturing, and art departments to design custom and/or specific product for the customer in order to provide proposals.
•Speak directly with the Director of Construction and National Sign Coordinator for national sign accounts regarding their sign needs, and requirements needed to meet their goals.
•Upload information into specific customer websites/databases such as Accruent, Egnyte and USGN.
•Extremely organized and require minimum supervision.
•RFP’s, RFI’s, Reconciliations.
•Projects in excess of $750,000.00.
