Summary: Outside sales position to develop new business sales by providing consultation, design, fabrication, and installation services for a full line of interior and exterior sign products to various market segments that include local, regional, and national accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned as needed).
Meet and exceed sales goals & objectives of the team.
To prospect for new business on a daily basis by executing upon a prospecting plan which includes at least 1 networking event, 600 dials and 200 conversations per month and at least 1 capability presentation per quarter.
Develops and implements strategies to expand sales within the assigned territory or market segment.
Create, develop and present professional sales presentations.
Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements.
Contacts existing customers on a regular basis to maintain account relationship, advise of new products, cross sell additional products, and obtain feedback on products.
Leads internal team by communicating client needs to the internal team with 99% accuracy in order to sell business and ensure a clean handoff of sold projects to the project services team for execution.
Utilizes internal systems for tracking sales activities.
Contributes to the quarterly and annual business forecasting by maintain pipeline of deals and sharing future client needs.
Maintains high level of customer service
Expedites the resolution of customer problems/complaints.
Ensures that production and sign departments provide post implementation support to assigned accounts / customers.
Maintain effective and productive lines of communications with all internal departments.
Ensure that collection of payment on invoices is completed.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university;
• One to two years Outside Sales experience
• Advanced Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• A valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check: Credit, criminal, drug and/or DMV
• Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
