Henry Incorporated is seeking an experienced project manager for high end custom projects. I am looking for experience in the following areas:
1. Document managment....schedule of values, Billing, change orders, RFI, scheduling, etc.
2. Review and Direction of shop drawings.
3. Manage quality control.
4. control schedule.
5. communicate and negotiate with owner, designer, archtect, subs
6. Take responsibility and report on P&L.
7. Project close out.
