Lord Corp. (Cary, NC) is introducing Maxlok™, an acrylic adhesive design to bond with various substrates. According to the company, the adhesive repels diluted acids, alkalis, solvents, moistures and oils, and offers strong adhesion without primer while providing strong UV resistance. The gray adhesive matches or blends with most metals, and functions from -40 to 300° F. Lord offers the bonding agent in 50- and 375ml cartridges.
