Acquisition will expand company services and client base by providing a larger variety of print solutions
IntegraColor Ltd. (Mesquite, TX), has acquired The Color Place, a Dallas-based, digital-print firm that produces small- to grand-format digital printing, internet-based solutions and permanent and promotional signage. Larry C. King, IntegraColor’s president and CEO, said the acquisition will expand his company’s services and client base by providing a larger variety of print solutions. He expects the acquisition to add an additional $15 million to $20 million to IntegraColor’s 2010-2011 revenues.
