Software automates scheduling and billing of billboard leases
Cyrious Software (Ocoee, FL) is debuting Billboard Lease to assist sign companies that rent billboards to their clients. The software automates the scheduling and billing of billboard leases. On a template generated for each specific lease, users can define the lease terms, and the start and end dates of the leasing period. Orders and respective invoices are generated automatically in a batch process for each lease period. Income is realized in the appropriate period with correct aging of accounts receivable.
Billboard Lease also enables one-time setup of the billboard size, lighting and location, and it maintains inventory count of a leased product. A month or “number of days” can be set as a lease period, and order deposits and disbursements can be set on a periodic basis.
