ASI-Modulex (Dallas) is now known as ASI. The company will maintain full-service offerings, including interior, exterior and digital-signage solutions.
In 2008, ASI separated from Denmark’s Modulex A/S after having been acquired by Wolfe Capital Partners (Dallas). However, ASI will continue to be the sole distributor of Modulex products in the U.S.
The new ASI identity incorporates the original font used in the 1965 logo to demonstrate the organization’s heritage and updated graphic elements and text to show the innovative, forward-facing outlook of the company.
As part of the new branding, ASI introduced a new website, asisignage.com. The site includes more information specific to ASI’s products, services and capabilities.
