Agfa Graphics (Elmwood Park, NJ) is introducing its 126-in.-wide, roll-to-roll, Ardeco textile printer for producing soft signage with dye-sublimation inks. The system comprises a calendaring unit and textile-dedicated transport system. It also features your choice of 8- or 12-Ricoh Gen 4 printheads (that produce up to 1,200 dpi) and a finish-cutting system.

Agfa is also introducing its 126-in. wide, UV-cure, roll-to-roll Anapurna M3200 RTR heavy-duty, production printer and its Jeti TitanX UV flatbed. The M3200 features six ink colors (CMYKcm) and up to 1,440-dpi resolution via 12-pL printheads. It also features Agfa’s new Asanti workflow system that’s based on Adobe PDF Print Engine standards; a two-zone vacuum table; and an ionization bar.

The 79 x 122-in., Jeti TitanX UV-cure flatbed (with a flat-to-roll option) produces up to 2,433 sq. ft./hr. and allows you to switch from four to six colors (CMYKcm) on a per-job- basis. It also features include Agfa’s fast-curing Anuvia UV inks.

We have Anapurna M3200 RTR printers in our office and they are surely worth the money we gave for them, two years have passed and they did not have any problems. I saw a couple of review about Anuvia UV inks when I was searching for Pitney Bowes supplies and all of the users were very pleased with them, the colors are very bright and do not fade when exposed to sunlight.
