The UK-based Sign Design Society recently announced the winners in its 2009 International Awards competition, which represent the best in sign and wayfinding design over the past three years. Forty-five entries have been selected to be on display in the Building Centre in London, in the Launchpad Gallery. The display is sponsored by the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB). The exhibition will move to Vienna in December as part of the Sign09 series of seminars on signing and wayfinding, which the Society will hold in conjunction with the International Institute of Information Design.
